F.E.A.R. Combat!?

An enigmatic site has appeared on the net with a 20 day countdown to something called F.E.A.R. Combat.

Some sort of mysterious mod or add-on for the ultra-violent but enormously satisfying shooter? Who knows but we will find out in 20 days!

seems it means that they are going to release the multiplayer aspect of f.e.a.r. as a standalone download and it will be free.

i've uninstalled FEAR and installed this version, takes up less space and i don't need insert the friggin DVD to play it.

I'm actually enjoying the multilayer aspect of FEAR now i've given it a bit of time - pretty nifty!

well whenever you see me playing it via my xfire sig it should show server details etc so just join me.

If you had xfire you could join me by just clicking on my sig

having trouble downloading FEAR Combat, can't be arsed to reinstall the full game so i thought i'd just download this, but i can't seem to download it

edit: nvm getting it now via bittorrent, much faster

so anyway, i decided to download the installer properly from Sierra's site instead of a torrent, so i got me the 1.7Gb file, double-clicked it: PC crashed. rebooted, double-clicked it: pc crashed ffs. No FEAR Combat for me
