i think so as you can add language packs but the best bet is to try it

If you customise your toolbars, you can put it on. It has a nasty logo though.

I've just come accross these two little new annoyances: when I have multiple tabs open as soon as my mose just hovers over one, that tab opens. Also when I right click on a link and select 'open in new tab' the new tab no longer appears in the background but appears over the original page.
