Defrag

I want to defrag/sort out my pc with some proper software, can anyone recommend any good suites/tools that improve pc performance, such as faster boot times etc or whatever you know what i mean :P

i use TuneUp Utilities on my old pc, altho tbh haven't needed to with my newer pc yet http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/
