Anyone know how to play the .ram files on any other media player than that spawn of satan real player? I've got a ram file i really want to listen to but would rather chop my own gonads off with a blunt and rusty hacksaw than install real player on my machine!

I seem to remember you can play them in other players only after you install realplayer on your machine...

I was just searching about and found this:
Wisecroft Ripper it says :
Wisecroft Ripper is multimedia utility that enables you to convert Real Audio files into WAV and MP3 files. This version can proceed five types of Real Audio file: G2, Dolby, Voice, RA 8.0 and RA 2.0.

So why not convert them?
