WinXP Password changer

Post by 117 »

A while ago I had a piece of software (a bootable cd) that allows you to see all users on a WinXP machine (including the administrator) and change the password for them - I thought I had posted details of it on here but can't seem to find the post, and not only have I lost the disc but I've lost the link to download it and can't remember what it was called ffs! Does anyone know of it or something similar?

Are you going to be an administrator when you logon or can you not even log on? Win XP's own Computer Mangement snap in can do a lot of this for you but you have to be able to log on with an admin account.

it's used for when you don't know the admin password - you boot from the cd and tell it where your windows install is and it finds all the user accounts including the admin and lets you change the password (but doesn't tell you the old password)
