I think that ebayer should be banned for that tbh (the seller), i know it does say right at the end, but then what's all that talk about what the 360 does in the description for the item then? It's not describing the actual product being sold (it's describing the consol which isn't for sale).

I think it's not right, i know people should read the small print but it's still misleading and not totally clear.

I've also seen them with hotmail email addresses, where in the title it says xbox 360, but at least in the description it doesn't describe the xbox 360 but the email address, e.g. this auction is for the email cool email address xbox360@hotmail.com.

I agree.... but then again I would never pay such an auction in the first place :P
