have you actually registered with sfx (spreadfirefox.com)? if so go to My Account and it'll have the correct URL for you on there.

On the last version download and install were one, and after restarting firefox they\'d be working. Only downloaded 1.0 today but so far my \'one window\' extension is not doing it\'s job :x

many extensions are yet to be updated to work with 1.0PR but they seem to be doing more on a daily basis. as Vlamm says, you just click on the url on the mozilla extensions website and it'll install it for you, then you usually have to restart firefox to enable it :)
