and my point is that it was a great game whichever way you look at it.
there arent that many games these days that give 20 hours of pleasure im afraid. i play a lot of games and unfortunately not many can compare with quake 4 - which was top
just coz its only took me (and my uber skills) 12 hours doesnt mean it was arse

there aren't that many and yet i've just rattled off 6, all of which I own/have owned, am i just the king in hunting down long-life games or what?!
and as you read my post you must know that PES is not all that I play (although it is the best sports game i've ever played (Sensible World Of Soccer notwithstanding)

no you're the king of boring sports games that take ages as they're on the ps2 and you spend half you're time squinting at the tv wondering what the blobs are doing
i guess sports games last longer than FPS games.

can i just sum up then in one sentence
short games are not necessarily arse and in fact can be truly great but are better if they are longer, as long as they're not sports games, as they are indeed boring

Its a top game, ive almost finished it. you woldnt like it though kev as it wouldnt last you 2 hours plus
