David Bowie - Young Americans, special edition released yesterday including 5.1 mix of the album on DVD, which I'm currently listening to in 3.0 format because I have no rears or a sub for my new home cinema system yet

On a whim the other week I purchased Maximo Park - A Certain Trigger, because it was 5pounds at Fopp.
I'm now listening to their second album - Our Earthly Pleasures, which is rather good indeed!

been listening to the soundtrack from Tarantino's half of Grindhouse - Death Proof, the film looks ace and the soundtrack is ace

oh, and I'll be watching the film in the States afore it comes out over here

I was perusing play.com for the links in my last post, and I was urged to check out Mark Ronson's 'Version' because it had 'Apply Some Pressure' on it.

Now, it's not out yet, so i thought i'd download it instead. I've only listed to the first two tracks, but i can see this funky funkyness that's delighting my ears is gonna be my fave for a while.

the only Mark Ronson track I've heard is the one they've been playing on rotation on Radio1 and all of the shitty local radio stations for the last couple of weeks.... it's a bunch of arsey arse
