Ayush dude i don't agree. Ask the millions of people who travel daily by local trains in Mumbai. The short distance shuttle trains are the worst. And how many people travel by Rajdhani and Shatabdi express? The majority infact a vast majority can't afford it. Are the railways only meant for the rich? I am not blaming the railways entirely for the problem. People are responsible in keeping the railways clean too. But the railway employees aren't saints either. The normal trains will run at normal speeds. But they are importing trains from Germany i guess for these tracks. I will check the report and tell you further details. Damn!
