oh yeah that extension does make it faster. your avatar and sig banner go too fast with ff for some strange reason

found some groovy extensions for firefox though, got one telling me when someone clicks on one of my google adds and how much i get from

oh and ive installed the mouse gestures extension and it works juts like opera's

Google have released an anti-phishing plugin for FF now, looks quite good

edit: it might look good, but it's only available for download within the US, ffs

not always, sometimes i find it actually slows things down

, i've noticed the extra speed, however on m9 i don't think there's any speed advantage.

Messed up ff today so had to uninstall and reinstall

, so decided to try the fasterfox extention, not using MOOX ff anymore either. Luckily i backed up my profile so when i had to create a new one i just transfered a few of the files over

Humm, Anyway to switch the profile in firefox? W/o having to goto run> firefox.exe -profilemanager Then selecting the profile you wish to use? Like with outlook express you can goto file>switch identity

Firefox gets BitTorrent P2P extension

A new Firefox extension has been debuted that incorporates peer-to-peer capabilities into the browser via a sidebar. AllPeers "combines the strength of Firefox and the efficiency of BitTorrent" to add media sharing to the long list of available extensions.

Found a couple of decent extensions fro FF today:

Tab Mix Plus, fantastic tab manager - loads of customizable options

and FEBE, a backup utility for saving extensions, themes etc. think this will be invaluable if i ever lose my settings/need to reformat as i've got over 20 extensions running.
