surely that's the point of it being the greatest hits? :para:

most artists' greatest hits albums have one or two new tracks on the end to make it worthwhile buying

really? never new that :o

yeah course they do, coz otherwise if people have already got all the other stuff there's very little point in buying the greatest hits!

erm of course there is. i would have thought many people would buy greatest hit albums who never had all the other ones but just wanted all the decent tunes on one album

yeah but for the fans that buy all the albums there's gotta be an incentive to buy the greatest hits (and let's not forget that a lot of bands' greatest hits aren't necessarily perceived as their best material by the real fans)

i can see why they would put some other unrealesed stuff on kev to get the fans to part with even more of their hard earned cash for not much just didn't know they did it as i've never bought a greatest hits album in my life ;)

Queens of the Stone Age?

A Perfect Circle is a band made up of other bands members, Maynard James Keenan is the singer, he's from Tool. They've got James Iha from the Smashing Pumpkins as one of the guitarists, and I think they've got the guy that was known as Twiggy Ramirez in Marilyn Manson's band, on bass.

he was in A Perfect Circle before QOTSA, but he's also played on some Coal Chamber, Korn, and Limp Bizkit albums

The name rings a bell, think he was on the first album. He certainly puts it about then

yeah he's a slut to music! unfortunately being on Limp Bizkit and Crazy Town albums can only harm his reputation

I don't mind Limp Bizkit or Crazy Town, depends on what mood I'm in really.

I nearly tried to book for Glastonbury the other day but I'm really glad I didn't after all the grief my mates had getting tickets. Wasn't too mad for anyone playing there anyway.
