i was looking for cheap broadband t'other night coz we're getting rid of NTL tv and phone coz going for SkyDigital plus BT, and was wondering about changing bband suppliers too. BT's lowest package is ?17.99 a month for 512kb, but you have a monthly download limit of 1Gb, i.e. most of us would be fooked!

My father is looking to change away from ntl cos they are complete arse. Not ever using the telephone or tv i wouldnt know what they are like. Net is fine for me though. Just need to stall him into changing after i've fooked off in april because i'm sure he wants to go back to dial up

ntl's tv service is monumentally arse compared to sky, and you get to pay loads extra for the privelege of having f-all in the way of service

You dont have to have ntl tv to get ntl bb.

dont know about that but im getting some hella fast download speeds off my BB this morning far faster than i used to get with 1mb bb

edward, i'm sure i've asked this before, but does your ntl bband connect thru a modem or thru the settop tv box mate?
