yeah most wireless cards now work pretty much out-the-box now with the latest linux kernels, but there appears to be particular problems with my wireless chipset - i installed Ubuntu and managed to completely kill the install trying to resolve the wireless issues

Im ok just dont seem to get enough time over.

I test all sorts of distros because we plan to migrate.
And have found fedora to be easy and accessable. and it has more of newbie help on a simpler level.

I did like ubunt kubuntu and xubuntu.
But found that it was hard to get to work together with mac and pc in a network. or that it didnt connect to the network printer, it was either.
Tried Xantos but they wanted money for simple supprt from the repos !?

Tried freespire, same there and it needed some more development.
It was the fastest install on a hd so far 10 min. they have now released CNR for free

Tried Suse 10, 10,1 didnt like it.

tried mandriva needed to much power.

And then i tried fc5 and got so far all installations on any pc has worked !?
fc6 has so far been installed on three computers all is workin but only one have worked with desktop effects due to grafikdrivers.
