Just installed Outpost Pro firewall, and it turns out that Skype the bastid is the culprit!

i don't know exactly how the Skype system works tbh mate, but I would imagine that they're just using the connection thru that line or summat

I suppose it would make sense for them to route their lines through little unknown telecommunication companies in order to achieve cheap phone calls...
