V for Vendetta actually pissed me off. Not only was there bad acting and a bad script, but what was with the crappy english accents?

Solaris

much preferred this George Clooney film - very slow-paced and atmospheric, very understated

The Transporter

Thought it was good, although the story line wasn't quite there, it had lots of action :D

Snakes on a plane!

Legendary!

Plus I have also seen Nacho Libre, and most of the other films out at the moment, but SOAP was the best ;-)

The Cooler

excellent movie about a guy (the excellent William H Macy) employed by a casino to make others lose with his bad luck, but it all goes tits up when he meets a girl (Maria Bello  ) and his luck turns. Alec Baldwin is superb as the bad guy running the casino

it's showing regularly on FilmFour at the mo, I implore you to watch it

Munich - based on the story of the aftermath of the '72 Olympics hostage situation, it follows the 5men sent to kill those responsible - very enjoyable, definitely one of the better Spielberg epics - check it out if you've got a spare 3 hours
