NTL to Up Broadband Speeds to 10mb at No Extra Cost

BOO HOO

Somebody have pity on me. I'm stuck on a little backward island paying ?25 a month for capped 1mb. Could go to 2mb for ?40. No competition means very slow advance in technology here

the 10mb NTL pipe is now unlimited therefore no cap.
