last i heard the 3mb peeps were getting an upgrade to 10mb end of this year then everyone else following that but havent heard anything recently.

hmm not happy about this, seems you have to pay an upgrade fee of ?50 for a new modem if you want to go faster than 5mb on NTL and have a samsung set top box. they can think again if they think they'll get me to pay it after all the money i spend with them

phoned them and they didn't even try and charge me for a new modem, coming round next Saturday to install and 10mb here i come
