Ladies and Gents (and Kev

I am pleased to announce that the wap forum will be ready soon, The viewing section is done, and the posting bit will follow shortly. Please use this thread to post any inprovements/bugs/suggestions

Here is the phase plan as I have planned it, please comment, please note that I would like short gaps between the phases, so don't say "everything in phase 1", or it will never get finished

i think ed takes a back-up ev'ry day after his fiasco's with the previous guru forums...so shudnt b a prob there.

he does backup but last i checked he didnt know how to restore from backup

yeah lol kev but i have never had to restore a phpbb from backup yet but does look easier than xmb.. and yes i backup almost daily

also i really do not want to feck up this forum in anyway at all... this is why i ask - rather not make in wap available if it means fecking it toatally up.. could do without the hassle

moved forums too many times and dont want to start again.. would just give up if this one dies after all this

Ed, It won't feck up...

(well, ok during testing it fecked up my database, but that will be fixed!)

I promise it wont break anything! (besides, i know how to restore from the db

I am getting excited! there is only about 1-2 hrs work left on it...

It all works, I just need to sort out some sql queries which don't let you post properly...

(from $145 to ?0, how good is that

The offer of using my php board is still there. You can restore a guru backup to it then apply the wapalising mod and try it first.
