the problems I mentioned last week still apply, its just made me re-install it twice because of some random java error popping up telling me its not compatible with netscape(????) and it keeps on crashing! :x

have you cleaned the registry after each uninstall and also deleted all the hidden firefox files/folders?

could also try the mozilla support forum, they seem pretty helpful on there and ive sorted a few issues out just by doing a search there.

Deer Park Alpha 1 - the beta of the next gen of Firefox is out, but not recommended for general users of Firefox 1.0.x, anyone gonna give it a go?

Do you think can it be installed without conflicting with current FF installations?

two things about extensions on my Firefox:

1) My Gmail Notifier no longer works, and i haven't been notified of any updates :X

2) My WeatherFox extension now shows a little satellite map of the cloudcover over Europe :D

i've bit the bullet, have installed Deer Park Alpha 1, and it seems exactly like Firefox tbh, only change is the theme is different and the logo is different
