Apple Computers is under investigation by the European Commission for charging UK iTunes customers more than users in France or Germany.
A Commission spokesman confirmed it had made an "informal request" to Apple to gather information.
Consumers' group Which? complained when it found that UK iTunes users paid 20% more and were barred from the French and German sites.

i never use iTunes either but I think it's perfectly ok that you would have
to pay more.
Seriously though...... just don't buy iTunes! That's the only thing that would ever make them reconsider their pricing strategy, if slaes figures drop.

Yes but they do play mp3! I hate wma, its a bunch of arse but it would be nice if the iPod could play ogg files...

allofmp3 is highly suspect though. There are other russian ones working on the same principle.
