Thunderbird 0.7 released (
3days ago now, and I missed it!). Just installing now, apparently they have improved performance (which was my only real bugbear with the last release

well im using thunderbird 7.3 atm and it's fine. let me know if 8.0 is a lot better otherwise i'll just stick with 7.0 for now

yeah i get that, i think they may be making a fix for it... BTW, 0.8 is much better Ed
it has auto image blocking in case of spam etc, and a cool status animation thing so you can more easily tell when it's working (rather than the tiny icon in the top right)

Our anticipated 1.0 release will focus primarily on bug fixing and polish work following 0.9 in mid to late October of 2004.
