Birmingham NEC Motor Show

Post by sunjivas »

Hi, everyone im not sure if any of you have been yet or are planning on going in the next few days, but i went over the weekend and it was wicked so if you can get a chance i would recommend you go! The best cars I saw there that day I would say is Maybach, DB9, Phantom, Carrera GT, Conti GT, TVR Sagaris, SLR and Koenigsegg. They had loads of cars there and lots of interesting concepts. Im not sure if many of you have got any teenage kids but 14 and over had a chance 2 drive at the BSM driving skl, there were also lots of opportunities for adults to test drive certain cars. All in all a gr8 day!

I went once as my dad had tickets sent by BMW and he gave them to me and my ex. We arrived at a stately home nearby for breakfast, got chauffeur driven to the show and had VIP passes to go round before being driven back - twas super sweet :grinner:

hmm ferrari's didnt impress me too much tbh arfur, all that i mentioned was way betta. They had 3 cars on their stand, a 575 (which was sweet but nothing too new - think it was a new faclifted version), a 612 Scaglietti which didnt catch my eye - the front of it is ugly and the 3rd i cant quite rememba wat it was so cant have bin that gd!
