Except it's not new, i've been topping up by debitcard on my mobile for the past few years

Mobile Top-Up
Use your Mobile to top-up your calltime credit anytime, anywhere.
To mobile top-up you will need to first register for web top-up and complete a successful web top-up transaction. After that you can top-up your mobile when you're out-and-about and all you'll need handy is your registered credit/debit card as well as the security PIN you created during registration.
Your credit card is required as you will need to enter the last 3 digits printed on the signature strip on the back of your credit card. This is called your CV2 and is required as an additional security measure.
To top-up from your mobile simply key the following information from your handset. You will then receive a top-up successful message. It's as simple as that!
*123*PIN*CV2#SEND
For example, it might be: *123*9999*456# and then (SND) where '9999' was your online PIN and '456' the three digits on the back of your credit card. You will then receive a top-up successful message. It's as simple as that!
