mixin ive set it up by linking it to my server via ftp and then using that link.. is that the best way?

it takes pics at regular intervals but how i get it to autorefresh on someones net browser i dont know

use this script:

you can make it say soemthing like click here to see me and then it'll pop up and the frame size will be the size of this bit:

width="352" height="288"
